Working for World ORT’s global education network, I raised awareness of the brand, liaised with fundraising teams and set organisational narratives - assessing and deciding which were the stories we wanted to tell about ourselves, why, and what the impact would be.
On the senior management team, I contributed to strategic planning and decision-making, and was a trusted counsel and adviser to CEOs and Board executives.
I made connections in every corner of the Jewish world, from Santiago to Singapore and Mumbai to Madrid, and developed an understanding of the non-profit arena, primarily US fundraising systems.

As a senior leader I restructured ORT’s MarCom department, servicing our network’s range of digital and print needs, including website management, social media, newsletters and events.
By driving engagement we achieved a 118% global media coverage increase and 30-40% YoY digital growth, while delivering dozens of global projects.
My team - I line-managed two people - focused on community growth and operational excellence, ensuring MarCom was at the heart of ORT’s work through crises including Covid and global conflicts.
